STEM Background
My favorite pastime as a kid was bringing wild ideas to life—building helicopters out of parts, designing drones, and rolling out homemade rovers. I still remember the thrill of science fairs, where my creations won awards and sparked endless curiosity. I enrolled in a specialized engineering academy and went to a different high school than where I was zoned, dedicating four years to college-level engineering courses. When I discovered bioengineering, I realized the major finally gave shape to the path I had unknowingly been building all along.
Fusion 360 - CAD Modeling
I was first introduced to CAD modeling during my freshman year in Introduction to Engineering Design, where I began with the basics—simple bolts and screws in Autodesk Fusion 360. Basic parts quickly evolved into complex designs with moving joints, custom mechanisms, and 3D-printed creations, and with a personal 3D printer by my side, possibilities are endless.
